Rephone had even linked arms with Celia. Unaccustomed to physical affection, Celia bent awkwardly at the waist and let herself be dragged along. Herishi watched Celia intently, then followed the two women as though nothing were unusual. Moldys found Herishi’s behavior even more shocking than Rephone’s. “H-Herishi?” “What?” When Moldys called his name in disbelief, Herishi turned with open annoyance. Moldys had expected a tantrum.
